Urban Archives is the one-stop source on the Internet to purchase vintage, nostalgic, and hard-to-find urban lifestyle collectibles. We strive to offer a wide selection of original products that commemorate traditions, events, people, and fine-arts that have significantly impacted urban culture. We don’t just sell urban culture; we are totally immersed in the culture and are passionate about preserving its heritage.  We are men and women who were born and raised in urban cities across the U.S., and will offer products that recognize local, regional, and national cultural experiences and interests.

The Company was founded as a means to provide urban culture enthusiasts with a single source to purchase Old School Hip Hop and R&B, classic urban movies, and other collectibles from urban culture’s Golden Ages (the 70's, 80's, and early 90’s).  We believe that urban culture has become a cookie-cut, mass-produced formula that vaguely resembles the culture that existed twenty-five, even ten years ago.  As a result, Hip Hop and R&B has lost its creativity, urban movies tell the same stories, and younger generations know little about their cultural history.

Modern urban culture has become big business and will never again resemble the forms that existed during their Golden Ages. Urban Archives’ mission is to Renew, Preserve, and Celebrate Timeless Urban Culture. We aim to take our customers who personally experienced urban culture’s Golden Age on a trip down memory lane, and introduce our other customers to how urban culture used to be. Together, we can all celebrate this era for its creativity and historical impact on our global society.
