Returns

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all unopened CDs and DVDs, and other products returned in their original condition. We will replace all damaged or lost orders with a new order upon expiration of our shipping time estimate (15 days for domestic shipments and 30 days for international shipments). Shipping and handling charges on returns are non-refundable except for orders that were incorrectly listed on our website or were shipped with the wrong products in the package. We will cover shipping costs for the return of defective products that are returned to us by 1 st Class Mail. We recommend that customers obtain insurance for their orders as we are not liable for items damaged in transit.

Shipping and Handling

We do not believe in charging additional fees for shipping products to our customers. We charge a shipping fee based on the weight of the order as determined by the United States Postal Service. Items are shipped either by 1 st Class Mail, Priority Mail, Media Mail (for large orders), or International Mail. Orders may take 5 to 10 business days to arrive domestically, and up to 20 days for international orders. Our orders oftentimes arrive sooner than our stated shipping time, but due to demand, and the rare supply of our collectibles, it sometimes takes our manufacturers additional time to replace our products.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through PayPal. Please use our checkout links to process your orders. Paying for orders directly through PayPal can delay processing by up to 48 hours.

Money orders and cash are accepted for payment as well (payment must be in U.S. dollars). If you decide to pay for an order with cash, we recommend sending it by registered mail. If not, be sure to conceal your cash payments, as we are not responsible for payments lost in the mailing system.
